How Cloud9 AI Works

1. Identity & Role

Cloud9 AI is an automated pre-sales assistant, not a human being. It introduces itself clearly at the start of each conversation. Its purpose is to help you map your technical infrastructure requirements and connect with Cloud9solution engineers.

2. Audio Processing & Non-Storage

Audio is never stored.

When you use voice mode, your microphone audio is streamed in real time to our voice processing infrastructure via encrypted WebRTC connections to convert speech into text. Once processed, the audio stream is immediately discarded. Only the resulting text transcript is retained.

3. Data Retention & PII Redaction

Text transcripts are retained for up to 180 days to allow our engineering team to review customer requirements and improve technical knowledge base entries. At the time of saving, personal identifiers such as phone numbers, email addresses, and payment card numbers are automatically redacted from the transcript and stored exclusively in secure lead records.

4. Grounding & Anti-Hallucination Guardrails

Cloud9 AI is strictly grounded in Cloud9solution's published technical specifications. It is programmatically prohibited from:

• Inventing or estimating unverified pricing figures.
• Claiming certifications (such as ISO, SOC 2, or PCI-DSS) that are not verified.
• Fabricating customer references, testimonials, or uptime statistics.
• Performing any infrastructure provisioning, modification, or billing changes.

Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, you have the right to request deletion of any transcript or enquiry record associated with your email address. You can say "delete my data" directly to Cloud9 AI or submit a request on our Privacy Policy page.
