2. Data We Collect
We collect information you explicitly provide when submitting an enquiry or using our interactive tools:
- Contact details: Name, email address, phone number, and company name.
- Workload requirements: Application types, expected traffic, and infrastructure sizing notes.
- Voice and chat transcripts: Text transcripts of conversations with Cloud9 AI (audio is never stored).
3. Purpose Limitation
Information collected through contact forms and AI conversations is used solely to respond to your technical inquiries, evaluate architecture requirements, and prepare engineering proposals. We do not sell your personal data or add you to marketing campaigns without separate explicit consent.
4. Data Retention
Lead records are retained for up to 36 months from last activity. AI conversation transcripts are purged after 180 days. Server access logs are retained for 90 days for network security auditing.
